Card Making and Rubber Stamping Supplies
Please forgive me for not having found time to pop in and keep you all up to date. The past few months have been crammed full of life changing events, but more of that another time.
First of all we sold our house and now we are in the process of packing up ready to move to our new home in beautiful Devon. It was at this point I decided to sell off some surplus rubber stamps and craft items. Ebay was my first thought, bit I soon realised it was only Ebay that was banking any money, then I hit on the idea of setting up a group on Facebook where not just I but others too could sell off their pre-loved and surplus craft items for FREE, so here it is. I have already listed lots of rubber stamps and I will be listing lots more as well as my pre-loved and unused craft items. I am a terrible hoarder and confess to being a compulsive 'must have' addict when it comes to craft materials and craft gadgets, so if you want a bargain or three or five... come and see what I and my crafty friends are getting rid of. Teddy Bears - Cardmaking & Scrapbooking Club
Hi everyone, sorry I have not posted in a while, as usual busy with my design work but also getting house ready to put on the market, just got to keep fingers crossed that someone wants to move to Poole in Dorset where we never seem to get any snow, well not since we moved here 6 years ago, even when the rest of the country has been shivering under a deep blanket of the white stuff.
Another reason I have been busy is because I have set up a club on Facebook for Cardmakers and Scrapbookers where we can all learn tips and techniques, it is NOT a selling site, just full of good ideas and ways to save money. Today for example I have posted a video tutorial which shows you how to make your own Stickles type glue and also ways to use it that you may not have thought of. A few years ago, well 1996 to be precise I designed an Alphabet with teddy bears which I had intended to add to my range of rubber stamps but I never got around to it due to health reasons at the time and my pen and ink drawings have been sitting around in a drawer with a lot of very bored Teddy Bears thinking up new ways to get into mischief. So I decided it was time I opened the drawer to let them out and at the moment I am re-drawing them as digital stamps. More on that though later, got to go, a Teddy Bear has climbed out and fallen onto the floor!

Cardmaking & Scrapbooking Club News

I will try and teach you all I know about card making and scrapbooking and will post examples of cards and pages made using the different techniques. You will also be welcome to ask questions, someone, somewhere is sure to know the answer, or post photos of cards that you have made. Today for example I have given a short tutorial on how to Quill an Easter Chick and I am looking forward to seeing what club members have made using this technique.
